We are aware that many gyms out there do offer PT sessions but are often expensive and you may feel the pressure of your PT’s high targets they must meet. This is where we are a little different. As well as provide you with a bespoke interactive training session each time you are in the studio, we can also build you a plan for when you are training in the gym. There is no hard sell from our PT’s, just true 1 on 1 exclusive training sessions for our clients.
In each PT session, we show you how to safely and correctly carry out each exercise or how to use each piece of equipment, helping you avoid injury. We can also work with clients who have injuries and help with rehabilitation and postnatal fitness which clients can then implement in their gym workouts.
