Personal Training sessions are one hour long and can be booked subject to availability between the hours of:
7am-9pm Monday to Friday.
8am-2pm on Saturdays.
Closed on Sundays.
We will always try to fit Personal Training sessions in when it’s the best time for clients to train, however we are subject to availability on a first come, first serve basis.
We would always encourage that when it comes to investing in any Personal Training service, that you don’t only make that decision on the time they can fit you in, but you make it based on what else they can offer in terms of support, accountability, professionalism and facilities.

There is no contract and if a client wishes to leave our services, we make it very simple for them to do so.
We cater to all abilities, from professional athletes to people who have not stepped foot in a gym for 20+ years.
All programs are tailored to the individual, we do the basics very well, we have a motto of “DO IT LIGHT, DO IT RIGHT!” and tailor sessions and programs to suit your ability.

Yes, our Personal Training studios have private car parks for ease of access. They are free for clients to use.

We can offer specific packages to suit this, so you just book the sessions I when you are back. When you are away, you will still benefit from the programming, nutrition advice and accountability for when you are away.
Ultimately, this depends on and your goal and commitment. However, for best results we encourage people visit us and have at least one in-person Personal Training session per week and then follow up with the strategy and plan of action we set out for you to do
