Today I tried to cancel My session due to a significant back injury . Charlie asked if I’d like to try a stretching session , I was slightly apprehensive but with pain killers onboard off I went . The session was with Joe it was excellent . The knowledge , understanding and compassion of these two young guys is incredible. If you are considering doing the PT sessions dont  hesitate just do it . Great results both physically and mentally . Well done Elysium Aldford .
