Meet The Team

Joe Bebbington

JoeBebbington Personal trainer

Aldford Co-Owner, Studio Director and Personal Trainer

I became a Personal Trainer because growing up I was always the tall skinny kid who just played sports.

I wanted to do something about it so I began weight training to help improve not only my sporting performance but my physique and confidence. Once the changes in my body and mind started to progress, I noticed it also had a positive impact on my sporting abilities and performance.

This quickly became a strong passion of mine and over 10 years later it continues to grow.

I then wanted to turn this passion into a career and help likeminded people begin their own journey and guide them along the way to reach their own success.

Most people love seeing their clients end results. When in fact I believe the best part is seeing the happiness and confidence grow within the first couple weeks of their journey. It can be slight habit or nutrition changes or even witnessing someone lift just 1kg heavier than their previous session.

I’m all about guiding and motivating my clients during every step of the way until they reach their end goal and then we work towards the next phase.

My specialities are Strength and conditioning, improving confidence and making sure clients execute good form. I am a big believer in strength training and motivating people to see what their own body is capable of. I am a very big advocate of good technique and form. The better your form, the better your results will be!

My hobbies and interests are sports games like basketball and football. I also love Motorbike racing (watching not participating)

I have a background in martial arts, I have done taekwondo, kickboxing and Muay Thai. When I am not doing Personal Training or working out, I like to spend my time either watching sports or being outdoors in the sunshine on a motorbike.

Ricky Dean

Ricky Dean Personal Trainer Chester

Tarporley Co -Owner, Director, and Personal Trainer

I have always had a passion for health and fitness even from a young age and I when I started seeing results friends would ask to train with me or help with your nutrition. This passion for helping others naturally lead me down the route to becoming a personal trainer.

I love fact I can help change people’s lives for the better.

Having worked with both athletes and the general population I found that I get a great deal of fulfilment and joy from seeing how happy a client is when they can fit in clothes from 10yrs ago, or the fact they improve their movement or in some cases become pain free.

My main specialist area is weight loss, focusing on nutrition, and strength training. Having done both myself to achieve my goals of fitness photoshoots I am able to use my knowledge to get clients to achieve their own weight loss goals.

Also, since becoming a father I have been able to relate to some of my clients more and know the importance of getting them to focus on other areas such as mobility, reducing the likelihood of injuries and having more energy, and mental well-being, which enables them to be more engaged and reduce stress.

Outside of the gym my other hobbies are other sports (mostly football and boxing) and hiking.

I like to travel when possible, I have a goal of visiting every European capital.

Charlie Weaver

Personal Trainer, Aldford

I became a personal trainer because I loved the idea of spreading the passion I have for health and fitness.  When people achieve their goal’s it makes me happy when I see the looks on people’s faces when they’ve achieved something they’ve been working on.

I love seeing someone’s journey throughout fitness and the fact that we get to help them get through it makes it much more than just a job and gives me a huge sense of fulfilment. I also love meeting new people and getting to know them throughout their time in the gym.

I’m all about guiding and motivating my clients during every step of the way until they reach their end goal and then we work towards the next phase.

Although I work with clients on their overall fitness including strength, conditioning, mobility and movement, long distance running from starting out all the way to the marathon.

I’m a competitive long-distance runner, I run for a club called vale royal and my favourite distance is the marathon in which I’ve completed many events, and I’ve recently achieved my personal best at The London Marathon 2024 with a time of 2:46:55.

Personal Trainer, Tarporley

I found a love for fitness when I was in my final year of high school and ever since that point it has never left me, I noticed the good it did for me physically and mentally and I feel I could help others by becoming a personal Trainer.

The results I see from clients, whether it being a short term goal as basic as being more mobile, improving movement and making day to day tasks easier through stretching or more long terms goals such as strength or weight loss, it gives me a great sense of satisfaction and keeps me striving to help even more people through fitness.

I’m always spending my spare time Swotting up on fitness, nutrition, and rehab so I can deliver the best service possible.

My best areas I would say are.
