We are really pleased to welcome Jo Bridge to the Elysium team as a Personal Trainer. Jo’s qualifications include level 3 in personal training, level 3 in pilates, dynamic kettlebells and pre and postnatal training. In addition to this, she is an England Athletics running coach.
Jo first became involved in the fitness industry in 2012 after signing up for her first marathon. Prior to this, she had little interest in fitness beyond keeping herself relatively active and hated running. So seeing how her own training was inspiring others to take up running and exercise made her realise that she wanted to take up a career in fitness and since then she has never looked back.
Jo says ‘Since working as a personal trainer, I have helped many people achieve their goals including regaining core strength after having a baby to completing a triathlon. I believe that setting goals, no matter how small, is a great way to motivate yourself and I would love to help you achieve yours’
