Our recently renovated studio space upstairs at our Frodsham facility is available to hire by the hour for fitness/wellbeing classes, events and more!
The purpose-built multifunctional space has been designed with exercise classes in mind, featuring an impact-absorbing foam floor, fully mirrored wall and large windows which let lots of natural light and air in. The space also has ventilation, air conditioning and heating for a comfortable experience.

The space can hold around 20 people doing yoga/Pilates.
Yoga mats and stereo are provided so you can turn up and teach, no need to transfer lots of equipment between your car and studio.
We have an unbeatable location right in the centre of Frodsham, next door to the Bears Paw Pub on Main Street. A dedicated parking space is available for instructors, while there is plenty of parking nearby in the centre of Frodsham for class attendees and the town has excellent public transport links of trains and buses to attract clients from the wider surrounding areas such as Runcorn, Helsby, Kelsall and Kingsley.
