In May, I was informed by my GP that blood test indicated I was in the pre diabetic range and in danger of becoming diabetic.  Shocked I decided to do something about it. The Aldford team at Elysium helped me; setting me up with a nutrition strategy as well to log and record and showing me how to use everything therefore setting me up for success.  They worked with me at the gym and encouraged me via messages and in person.  They weighed me and stopped me being discouraged if I didn’t lose weight – celebrated with me if I lost – explaining calories/fat burning and building muscle.  They were brilliant – still are hard at it with me.  I have gone from size 20 to 14.

No longer am I pre diabetic; my blood sugar level is now well within the normal range.  Over the moon.
