Steve and the Personal Trainers at Elysium have worked safely, patiently and very effectively with me to achieve my goals of weight loss and they have improved body strength and fitness.  A huge part of my continuing to train at Elysium are the excellent facilities. I can confidently try new things in the privacy of the studio, parking is easy and the gym is spotlessly clean and tidy. Equipment is always where it should be! I’m always offered a protein drink after my session before I go for a shower. Showers are immaculately clean and contemporary with freshly laundered white towels and complimentary luxury toiletries. The PTs also offer remote nutrition tracking via an app which reminds me of my nutrition goals and keeps me accountable. Elysium is my “place and state of perfect happiness”; my journey continues……..
