I was very impressed with the whole set up and feel of the facility.  His sessions are interesting and varied but always very well thought out. I have arthritis in both knees as well as in my back which limits some of the things I can do, but Steve always finds a way around that so I always get a full work out. I now have my motivation back and really look forward to every session. The combination of Steve’s knowledge and the environment that his gym creates is unbeatable and unique in personal training in Chester.

I simply cannot recommend Steve and Elysium Health and Fitness highly enough.
