I have always had an interest in sports injuries from a young age. I used to be an acrobatic gymnast for Wales and competed internationally for 14 years so I always received high standard treatment first hand and it sparked my interest in this field.
Sport Rehabilitation is a combination of many different things such as injury assessments, sport massage, manual therapies, injury prevention techniques, and rehabilitation exercise programs. So, my aim is to restore people back to full function after sustaining an injury of any kind.
I graduated from the University of Salford back in 2016 with a BA(Hons) Sport Rehabilitation degree and have had my own Sport Rehabilitation business ever since. I have a large client base and have retained many of my clients from when I first started out. I have also worked in physiotherapy clinics, gymnastic clubs, Warrington Wolves rugby club, RGC rugby club, and Mold rugby club.

I’ve been feeling great! Been golfing pretty much every day with no problems. I still get achy lying down in bed but a part from that it’s a massive improvement
