What is the Cost?
Session costs are negotiated at the end of your FREE personal training session or trial package and the costs are based on a number of factors, such as how many sessions per week, your method of payment and the length of time you commit for.
Everyone is entitled to a FREE session with no obligation, the aim of this free personal training session is to show you the fantastic facilities we have and what we can do for you. There is no high pressure sales pitch at the end.
If it’s not for you, all we hope is that you have taken something away to get you started on your fitness journey.
Because our studio model is very different to other personal training services, we can usually find a solution for everyone looking to invest in personal training. If you have a budget in mind all you need to do is tell us what it is and we can then present you with some options.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract and if a client wishes to leave our services we make it very simple for them to do so.
All you have to do is cancel the standing order with us and only for our own self development will we ask for feedback so we can always endeavour to improve our service.
What if I’m not fit enough?
We cater to all abilities from professional athletes to people who have not stepped foot in a gym for 20 years.
All programs are tailored to the individual, we start with the basics, they are progressive and geared to help you reach your goal.
We encourage and challenge our clients to a level they are comfortable with to ensure the training remains enjoyable.
Is there parking?
Yes, the studio lends itself to a private and secure car park for ease of access.
What if I don’t see the results I want?
The first session of every month is an assessment. This is to ensure that all our clients are going in the right direction towards their goal and if they aren’t it gives the opportunity to troubleshoot why not and get the client back on track.
Because we operate in a very unique way, we work as a team to deliver constant ongoing support.
We are always monitoring our clients progress, programs and we can monitor food diaries
remotely always communicating and coaching back to clients for constant ongoing support.
What if I’m away a lot and can’t commit every week?
We have clients that come from a variety of backgrounds including people that go away a lot, whether that is for work or holidays.
We offer annual packages of 25 or 50 sessions which you have 12 months to use, so when you are in Chester, all you have do is book them at a time that suits you.
Do you offer Armed Forces discount?
We accept the Blue Light Card which offers discount to emergency services, NHS or Armed Forces personnel.
What is the minimum commitment?
The commitment is completely up to you depending on factors such as your budget, availability and how fast you want to achieve your goal.
We recommend that most people do at least two personal training sessions per week but we strongly advise that every client has at least one session per week.
We often have special offers for clients who may want to have a few extra sessions which can be purchased separately.
What will I expect in my first personal training session?
First of all, a few forms to fill in, such as terms & conditions, participation and readiness questionnaire, and setting up your nutrition diary.
ASSESSMENT: Before we set any goal we need to know exactly where you are, and we tailor these around what you want to achieve.
GOAL SETTING: We like to put in place specific measurable goals so we both know exactly what we are aiming for. Goals that aren’t set are more like wishes and like most wishes they don’t come true.
TAKE ACTION: This is the point where we start putting your plan together by setting some sustainable changes for you straight away.
