When I was 18 years old I decided I wanted to be bigger, stronger and faster. I’d always been active in sports such as football, basketball and more recently kickboxing, but I decided to get into the gym to start training in the right ways to help me build some muscle and strength as well as to help me with my sporting performance.
Once I became happy with myself and my understanding had improved, I decided to take it further and earned my qualifications within the industry to increase my knowledge and ability in order to start training others. I gained a lot of my experience training people in Australia whilst working with different coaches and trainers there, and was lucky enough to be able to help many people reach their goals, whether it was teaching people how to kick box or to help them to lose weight or gain muscle.
I believe that when it comes down to any type of training or goals, it should be done correctly (as well as safely!) to make sure the full benefit is achieved. I will help you get the most out of your training, whether you want to gain muscle, lose weight, increase your strength or simply improve your fitness.
