I became involved in the fitness industry in 2012 after signing up for my first marathon. Prior to this I had little interest in fitness beyond keeping myself relatively active and I hated running. Seeing how my own training was inspiring others to take up running and exercise made me realise that I wanted to take up a career in fitness and I have never looked back.

Since working as a personal trainer, I have helped many people achieve their goals. Anything from regaining core strength after having a baby to completing a triathlon. I believe that setting goals, no matter how small, is a great way to motivate yourself and I would love to help you achieve yours.
