Elysium Fitness is the recipe for success

We are thrilled to be launching our very own healthy eating High-Performance recipe book. These delicious recipes have been designed to be made quickly and easily and are full of high nutrient values to help you get the best out of your body and help you achieve your performance goals. Some of our favourites include black forest overnight oats, parmesan roasted cauliflower, and prawn linguine.

Each Elysium client will be receiving a copy of the book, to try out some of its 30 delicious nutritious recipes. We are even getting some of the Elysium PT’s to have a go at cooking some of the dishes! Look out for the videos on our Youtube channel and blog to see how they get on. We would also love some of our clients to get involved, so why not send us a short video of you preparing one of the Elysium dishes from our book too. We will post the best on social media!
