How much commitment is required from me?
This is a high commitment course which should be planned ahead of time. To make the most of your course we recommend:
- Turning up to sessions early
- No alcohol for the first 3 weeks
- Compliance and honesty
- Track your nutrition
- 80/20 rule on nutrition
- Before and after photos must be taken (face can be blurred or cropped out if required)
What makes your course different?
With all our services nothing is ‘cuffed’ or made up on the spot, everything you do – every single rep, set, intensity & exercise is recorded to ensure you are getting stronger, fitter and ensure you are making progress. Every single session starts with a ‘check-in’ and we also remotely track what you are recording on your food dairy, analyse your results, and provide support outside of your sessions. With this syllabus, you are going to change, see amazing results and although we can’t control what you do outside of your sessions we are making sure we use every tool we have to maximise compliance and minimise deviation from the course.
What if I’m away for a weekend during the course?
To achieve maximum results it is recommended that you schedule the course at a time in your life where you are less likely deviate from the plan, however, it’s not a problem if you have events here and there – we can just make sure you get back on track on your return.
What if I need to cancel sessions?
We will always endeavour to get your sessions back, however, if we can’t, the session does become void. We suggest that you make the course a big part of your routine to minimise any cancellation.
Can I bring a friend?
This course is designed for one to one personal training, however we don’t mind a friend attending one your sessions to experience the course. We do however have semi-private packages available if you wish to train with a friend .
